Rock drll Spar Parts Oil Lubricator Vibrator

The high-speed operation of internal components in a rock drill demands consistent and reliable lubrication. SUPERDRILL's advanced oil injector system delivers uniform lubrication to every moving part, significantly enhancing drilling efficiency and extending the equipment’s lifespan. Designed for high-demand applications, this injector can simultaneously lubricate up to three rock drills, offering exceptional performance in multi-unit environments.

Our system operates automatically. Once activated, compressed air enters the inlet hole

(1) of the oil valve, filling the main chamber

(2) and applying pressure to the oil surface. Due to the design of the outlet hole

(3), which is perpendicular to the airflow, a pressure differential is created. This forces oil upward through the delivery pipe

(4), where it is atomized and injected into the compressed air line. The result is a fine oil mist that travels through to the rock drill and air leg, lubricating all moving components thoroughly.

The injector also allows for precise oil control—operators can easily adjust the flow by pulling the oil valve handle. The recommended oil output is 2.5 to 3 ml per minute. Optimal lubrication is confirmed when a light mist of oil is observed in the drill's exhaust air.

Caution:
Proper lubrication is essential for maintaining performance and maximizing service life. Do not use grease-based lubricants, as they can clog air passages, restrict airflow, interfere with leg lubrication, reduce efficiency, and accelerate component wear.
