Shank adaptors also called striking bar or shank rod, transmit impact energy from the rock-drill piston, as well as rotation torque, into the drill string without energy losses. It must withstand and transmit up to 6300 blows per minute from the piston continually, with great endurance and dependability.

Shank adaptors is to fit all types of Drilling Machines, both Pneumatic and Hydraulic. Shanks available with most types of popular international thread forms including: R25,R28,R32,T38,T45, T51 and GT60. Manufactured from high quality Alloy Steel and Heat Treated to give high values and fatgue strength.
